with heirloom grape tomatoes, bleu cheese, apricot jam, and Apple-wood smoked bacon topped with buttermilk ranch dressing

Main Course:

(2) Chargrilled Filet Mignon: Black Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction. 
Accompanied By: Roasted Long Stem Green Beans: with black truffle and roasted shallot compound butter

Lobster Carbonara for Two: Garganelli pasta, cold water lobster, crispy pancetta, English peas, Pecorino Romano & roasted tomato citrus butter
