Buddha Bowl: Roasted Sweet Potatoes served over multi-color quinoa with shredded kale, shaved Brussels sprouts, red onion, and toasted chickpeas. All tossed with a house-made lemon tahini dressing.
Combine all ingredients of bowl with dressing, mix and serve immediately.
