Bourbon Maple Pork Chop: Thick-cut bone-in Pork Chop, marinated in fresh ginger and crushed garlic then pan seared with Bourbon Maple Butter. Topped with a Spiced Apple Chutney, Paired with Southern Braised Collard Greens with Bacon Lardons and Creamy Local Stone Ground Grits. 6oz serving.

Southern Braised Collard Greens with Bacon Lardons: Local collard greens, simmered with onions, Applewood smoked bacon and brown sugar. Finished with apple cider vinegar.    

Creamy Local Stone Ground Grits: Local Stone Ground Yellow Grits from Edisto, South Carolina, simmered in milk and butter, finished with cheddar cheese.   

Spiced Apple Chutney: Tart green apples stewed with shallots, ginger, molasses and fall spices.

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.    

Butternut Squash Soup: Fresh butternut squash simmered in a savory broth and blended with cinnamon, nutmeg, and sage. Served with toasted pumpkin seeds and a house-made ginger marshmallow for garnish.  

Cranberry Orange Sparkler: Fresh pressed orange juice and cranberry juice with pureed raspberries and simple syrup. Pair with your favorite bottle of champagne or prosecco. For an extra kick, add a measure of vodka to your drink!   

Butterscotch Banana Pudding: House made vanilla bean butterscotch pudding, layered with Nilla wafers, fresh bananas and whipped cream. Garnished with banana chips.
