Braised Beef Short Ribs: Braised Beef Short Ribs pan seared and then slow-cooked with red wine, roasted vegetables, and fresh herbs until tender. Served atop Mascarpone Polenta with Stewed Tomatoes and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts.

Mascarpone Polenta: Creamy Italian polenta seasoned with shallots, fresh thyme, and oregano, then finished with mascarpone cheese and parmesan.  

Stewed Tomatoes: Roasted Roma tomatoes blended with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic and fresh Basil.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts tossed with fresh garlic and balsamic vinegar.
