Braised Beef Short Ribs: Braised Beef Short Ribs pan seared and then slow-cooked with red wine, roasted vegetables, and fresh herbs until tender. Served atop Mascarpone Polenta with Stewed Tomatoes and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts.   

Sides

Mascarpone Polenta: Creamy Italian polenta seasoned with shallots, fresh thyme, and oregano, then finished with mascarpone cheese and parmesan.  

Stewed Tomatoes: Roasted Roma tomatoes blended with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic and fresh Basil.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts tossed with fresh garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Mini Crab Cake: Mini Charleston-style crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat and served with a Cajun caper remoulade.  

Lowcountry Wedge Salad: Crisp lettuce wedge served with heirloom tomatoes, chopped Applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and a creamy buttermilk dressing. Garnished with fresh cracked pepper.  

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: Rich peanut butter mousse set in a buttery chocolate crust and topped with dark chocolate ganache.

Wow this was good

My first time trying Table & Twine. I love short rib - it’s my barometer of a good restaurant. Can they make a good, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth short rib, not undercooked, not overcooked? So I put my order in online, drove to the place and picked up my order, handed to me in a brown paper bag by a nice lady. I was very much Hmm, we’ll see about this... Got home and followed the heating instructions. Apart from putting a little too much milk in the polenta, the rest turned out great, and the meat was divine. I’ve been telling people it may be the best short rib I’ve ever tasted.

Phenomenal Short Ribs

Every version of short ribs we have had from Table and Twine has been amazing, and this time was no different. The polenta is equally fabulous.
