Mini Crab Cakes, Maximum Flavor

The mini crab cakes were perfect. Three per person was plenty, with the delicious rémoulade, a side salad and some fresh fruit. As usual, meal assembly and cleanup were simple.

Real Deal Crab Cakes

We have used Table and Twine several times since we discovered them a few months ago. Last time we had family visiting and tried the Crab Cakes with a remoulade sauce as an appetizer. Everyone couldn't get over how good they are. The crab meat is the star. They are generously proportioned, lightly and perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. The remoulade sauce with capers is wonderful with the crab cakes and not too spicy to overwhelm that delectable crab flavor.

Mini crabcakes with mighty flavor

T&T mini Chaleston style crabcakes with Cajun caper remoulade are delicious and versatile. They are all crab meat, perfectly seasoned and the remoulade is the perfect "sauce". Although found in the appetizer section, I use them as a meal with a side of slaw and you can easily roll them into a wrap and use the Cajun caper remoulade as the dressing...outstanding!
