Slow Roasted Beef TenderloinBlack Angus Beef Tenderloin, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a red wine demi-glace. 6oz serving.

Roasted Shallot and Chive Potato PuréePremium russet potatoes simmered and pureed with sweet cream butter and roasted shallots.  Finished with minced chives and sea salt.    

Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Zest: Tender spring asparagus drizzled with olive oil and lemon zest and lightly blistered over an open flame.

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.

Bourbon Smash Mix: Classic Southern style sweet tea, flavored with fresh peach puree and lemon juice. Served with your favorite bourbon or whisky all muddled together with fresh blackberries.   

Ginger Mint Limeade Mule: Steeped ginger & mint honey syrup, fresh lime juice and Local Cannonborough Craft Ginger Beer. Add your favorite vodka (or gin!) and garnish with candied ginger and lime!   

Dark Chocolate Torte: Flourless chocolate cake topped with rich dark chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache, and garnished with fresh seasonal berries.  

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: Rich peanut butter mousse, set in a buttery oreo crust and topped with dark chocolate ganache.
