Our Dinner Party Package includes two appetizers, your choice of filet or salmon served with truffle mashed potatoes and lemon zest asparagus. Finished with our decadent dark chocolate torte with seasonal berries.

*Feeds 4 or 8 guests, served family-style.

Choose between filet and salmon, or cater to your guests' preferences by mixing and matching the quantities of each entrée.

Appetizers:

Baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Sautéed spinach with roasted artichoke hearts blended with imported cheeses, basil and garlic. Served with crackers and crostinis. (Nut-Free, Gluten-Free without crackers or crostinis)

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: impressive jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Maryland style seafood spice. Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce. (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)

Dinner Entrée:

Dinner Entrée - Feeds 4 or 8 Family Style

Filet Mignon with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic: Black Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction.

OR

Broiled Salmon Remoulade: Prepared in lemon, white wine, butter and finished with a coarse ground dijon mustard glaze and fresh dill

Sides:

Truffle Whipped Potatoes (gluten-free, nut-free)

Charred Asparagus: Tender charred asparagus tossed with fresh garlic and lemon zest (gluten-free, nut-free)

Dessert:

(4 or 8) Dark Chocolate Torte: Decadent chocolate torte with seasonal berries. (Nut Free)

Our go-to every week!

We order once a week and enjoy the high quality well thought out family meals that usually last my wife and I 2 days. That's a big help with our busy schedules. It's just delicious and leaves you wanting for more. What a fantastic brand they have.
