Family Sized Enchiladas offered with Achiote Pulled Chicken, Barbacoa Beef or Salsa Verde Cheese. All enchilada meals are accompanied with Spanish Rice, Spiced Black Beans and house-made pico de gallo and sour cream.

*Family meal serves 4; meal includes12 enchiladas, 32oz containers of rice & black beans, pint of pico de gallo and sour cream

Pulled Achiote Chicken Enchiladas: Corn tortillas filled with pulled achiote spiced chicken and shredded cheese. Topped with cheese and traditional enchilada sauce.

Barbacoa Beef Enchiladas: Corn tortillas filled with slow-cooked beef and roasted for 12 hours in beef stock with guajillo peppers, onions, carrots, and roasted tomatoes. Topped with cheese and traditional enchilada sauce. 

Salsa Verde Cheese Enchiladas: Corn tortillas filled with a blend of cheeses and spices, topped with shredded cheese, green tomatillo salsa and cilantro.

Spanish Rice: Long grain rice cooked with tomatoes and chilis, finished with freshly squeezed lime and cilantro.     

Spiced Black Beans: Tender black beans simmered with garlic and spices, finished with fresh chilis.

Guacamole and Tortilla Chips: Homemade guacamole made with ripe avocados, roma tomatoes, red onions and hand squeezed lime juice.  Tossed with fresh cilantro and served with crispy yellow corn tortilla chips.     

Spicy Jalapeno Margarita: Classic margarita mix made with fresh lime, lemon juice, jalapenos, and simple syrup. Garnish with lime and candied jalapenos.

Cranberry Orange Sparkler: Fresh pressed orange juice and cranberry juice with pureed raspberries and simple syrup. Pair with your favorite bottle of champagne or prosecco. For an extra kick, add a measure of vodka to your drink!  

Apple Tart Tatin: Light and flaky puff pastry with thinly sliced apples sweetened with sugar and cinnamon. Baked then topped with caramel drizzle and candied walnuts.
