Add the shrimp, the garlic & ricotta ***** are D-lish

I live on a lower carb/keto diet; however, because T&T made this marvelous dish, I had to try it. The garlic & ricotta ***** were delicious on their own; however, prepared with the pancetta, peas, asparagus and the shrimp, all topped with the Asiago, it was divine. We did not use the tomato/citrus butter in the prep. The salad and garlic bread were oh so good!
