Herb Roasted Filet MignonBlack Angus filet of beef, marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Seared over an open flame to infuse flavors, and slow-cooked to perfect medium-rare. Gently warmed and served with a Cabernet reduction. Served alongside Roasted Heirloom Smashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. 6oz serving.

Roasted Heirloom Smashed Potatoes: Tri-colored little gem potatoes tossed with olive oil, and fresh herbs, roasted till tender, smashed and finished with parmesan and lemon zest.   

Creamed Spinach: Sautéed baby spinach with shallots and garlic, finished with fresh cream and a hint of nutmeg.

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.    

Mini Charleston Style Crab Cakes: Mini Charleston-style crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat and served with a Cajun caper remoulade.  

Lowcountry Wedge Salad: Crisp lettuce wedge served with heirloom tomatoes, chopped Applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and a creamy buttermilk dressing. Garnished with fresh cranked pepper.  

Pear Punch Cocktail Mix: Pear nectar with fresh lemon juice and a thyme infused simple syrup. Finished off with local Cannonborough Grapefruit Elderflower Soda and paired with your favorite vodka or gin. Garnished with fresh pears and lemons.   

Carrot Ginger Spice Cake: Individual Carrot Ginger Spice Cake layered with Cream Cheese Icing and topped with spiced pecans.
