Beef Short Ribs: Short Ribs pan seared and slow-cooked with red wine, roasted vegetables, and fresh herbs until tender, served with house-made orange and honey glaze. Accompanied by Caramelized Brussels Sprouts and a Sweet Potato Puree. 6oz serving

Sweet Potato Puree: Fresh sweet potatoes simmered in cream then pureed with butter and honey, and finished with sea salt.  

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts tossed with fresh garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Pear Punch Cocktail Mix: Pear nectar with fresh lemon juice and a thyme infused simple syrup. Finished off with local Cannonborough Grapefruit Elderflower Soda and paired with your favorite vodka or gin. Garnished with fresh pears and lemons.   

S'mores Brownie Pie: Graham cracker crust baked with a double chocolate brownie then topped with flambéed marshmallows, graham cracker pieces and chunks of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate.
