Horseradish Crusted Beef Tenderloin: Horseradish, panko and lemon zest crusted beef tenderloin accompanied by Lyonnaise style new potatoes, and sautéed haricot verts with brown butter almonds. Finished with red wine demi-glace. 6oz serving.

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.    

Mini Charleston Style Crab Cakes: Mini Charleston-style crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat and served with a Cajun caper remoulade.  

Lowcountry Wedge Salad: Crisp lettuce wedge served with heirloom tomatoes, chopped Applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and a creamy buttermilk dressing. Garnished with fresh cranked pepper.  

Pear Punch Cocktail Mix: Pear nectar with fresh lemon juice and a thyme infused simple syrup. Finished off with local Cannonborough Grapefruit Elderflower Soda and paired with your favorite vodka or gin. Garnished with fresh pears and lemons.
