Labor Day Package For Six

Labor Day Package:

(2 lbs.) Pulled Pork: NC raised pork shoulder rubbed with our proprietary blend of herbs and spices then smoked over Hickory wood for 14 hours until fork tender. Served with our house made vinegar barbecue sauce. 

Classic Creamy Cole Slaw

(6) 6 oz. Marinated Chicken Breasts (raw):  All natural 6 oz Joyce Farms (Winston Salem, NC) chicken breasts raised with no added hormones, chemicals or antibiotics. Marinated in a blend of herbs and spices ready to be cooked over an open flame. 

Watermelon Feta Salad: A summery mix of feta, honey oat granola, savoy spinach blend, and mint champagne vinaigrette.

(48 oz) Baked Potato Salad: Red Bliss potatoes steamed and smashed, then tossed with applewood smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, scallions and a sour cream dressing. All the makings of a loaded baked potato in a salad. 

(48 oz) Tuscan Pesto Pasta Salad: Penne pasta, cooked al dente. Tossed with fresh pesto, aged asiago cheese, pickled banana peppers, shredded carrot and heirloom grape tomatoes. 

Dessert:  

(6) Chocolate Chip Take & Bake Cookies: Homemade classic chocolate chunk cookie dough made with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
