Mushroom and Mascarpone Stuffed Chicken: Seared wing-tip chicken breast stuffed with wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, and mascarpone cheese. Finished with a roasted garlic and sage cream sauce and served atop Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and oven-roasted green top carrots.  


Roasted Garlic and Sage Cream Sauce: Minced shallots and roasted garlic cooked with white wine and heavy cream. Finished with fresh sage.   

Smashed Parmesan Yukon Gold Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes smashed and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, fresh herbs, sea salt and cracked pepper. Roasted until golden brown.  

Green Top Carrots: Oven roasted heirloom green top carrots seasoned with olive oil, sea salt and sweet smoked paprika.

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.   

Bourbon SmashClassic Southern style sweet tea, flavored with fresh peach purée and lemon juice. Served with your favorite bourbon or whisky all muddled together with fresh blackberries.    

Ginger Mint Limeade Mule: Steeped ginger & mint honey syrup, fresh lime juice and Local Cannonborough Craft Ginger Beer. Add your favorite vodka (or gin!) and garnish with candied ginger and lime!   

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: Rich peanut butter mousse, set in a buttery chocolate crust and topped with dark chocolate ganache.
