Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli: Delicate pasta filled with sautéed porcini mushrooms, Grana Padano cheese and white truffle, finished with a rich brown butter cream sauce and (optionally) topped with tender slow cooked shredded duck confit. Served with a baby kale salad mixed with fresh goat cheese, golden raisins and candied pecans, and tossed in a caramelized honey vinaigrette. Accompanied by fresh garlic bread.

Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie: A mixed display of Chef-curated meats and assorted domestic and imported cheeses. Served with honey, raspberry preserves, and crostini.  (without crostini )

Cranberry Orange Sparkler: Fresh pressed orange juice and cranberry juice with pureed raspberries and simple syrup. Pair with your favorite bottle of champagne or prosecco. For an extra kick, add a measure of vodka to your drink!   

Pear Punch Cocktail Mix: Pear nectar with fresh lemon juice and a thyme infused simple syrup. Finished off with local Cannonborough Grapefruit Elderflower Soda and paired with your favorite vodka or gin. Garnished with fresh pears and lemons.   

Apple Tart Tatin: Light and flaky puff pastry with thinly sliced apples sweetened with sugar and cinnamon. Baked then topped with caramel drizzle candied walnuts.
