Chilean Sea Bass: Seared Chilean Sea Bass simply seasoned with sea salt and white pepper. Pan seared and served with a champagne Beurre Blanc made from a reduction of champagne vinegar with shallots, thyme, bay leaves, peppercorns then finished with whole butter. 5oz serving.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots: Seasoned and roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with sweet carrots and garlic.   

Toasted Wild Rice: Lightly toasted wild rice cooked in a flavor stock of onions and fresh herbs.

Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie: A mixed display of Chef-curated meats and assorted domestic and imported cheeses. Served with honey, raspberry preserves and crostini. 

Ginger Mint Limeade Mule: Steeped ginger & mint honey syrup, fresh lime juice and Local Cannonborough Craft Ginger Beer. Add your favorite vodka (or gin!) and garnish with candied ginger and lime!   

Paloma Mix: Fresh squeezed and lightly sweetened grapefruit and lime juice ready to be mixed with your favorite vodka, gin or tequila. Finished with club soda and garnished with a grapefruit pinwheel.   

Key Lime Tart: Tart key lime filling baked on a butter graham cracker crust, topped with vanilla whipped cream.
