Wood Fired Artisan Flatbread: Variety of toppings provided to build your own flatbreads with a garlic roasted marinara sauce or goat cheese mousse base. Build your flatbread with your choice of toppings, or according to one of our chef's recommendations. Two portions.

Chef's recommendations for flatbreads:
-Garlic roasted marinara sauce with Italian sausage, balsamic onions, and three-cheese blend  
-Goat cheese mousse with oyster mushrooms, arugula, truffle oil and goat cheese crumbles

Pairings

Shrimp Cocktail: One dozen jumbo shrimp, gently poached in a blend of lemon, white wine and Old Bay seafood spice.  Served chilled with homemade spicy cocktail sauce.    

Butternut Squash Soup: Fresh butternut squash simmered in a savory broth and blended with cinnamon, nutmeg, and sage. Served with toasted pumpkin seeds and a house-made ginger marshmallow for garnish.  

Cranberry Orange Sparkler: Fresh pressed orange juice and cranberry juice with pureed raspberries and simple syrup. Pair with your favorite bottle of champagne or prosecco. For an extra kick, add a measure of vodka to your drink!   

S'mores Brownie Pie: Graham cracker crust baked with a double chocolate brownie then topped with flambéed marshmallows, graham cracker pieces and chunks of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate.
