How does the ordering process work?

All menu items currently are available as a la carte selections. We will be introducing membership options and subscription plans in the coming months.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your order and we are given at least 48 hours of advanced notice from your scheduled delivery/pickup time, we will honor a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from your scheduled delivery/pickup time, no refund will be offered as the food has already been purchased by our culinary team for your order. We understand that life happens and last minute plans come up, so in an effort to not waste food we will happily change your delivery address to a different address (such as a friend's, neighbor's, coworker's, etc.) that will be available on your scheduled delivery/pickup date to accept the order in your absence.  

How do I prepare the meals?

Our meals are designed to be ready in 15 minutes or less. Each meal includes a comprehensive recipe card that will guide you through the preparation and finishing process. Most selections come pre-cooked and simply require reheating. There is no cutting, chopping, seasoning, mixing, or recipes with complex, multi-step processes.

What's included in the price?

Each price listed for meals and desserts is for a single portion designed to feed one adult, and each kid’s meal will feed one child. Cocktail mixes, appetizers, and snacks come with varying numbers of servings that can be found in the description of each item.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery fees are based on your zip code and can be calculated in your shopping cart. 

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver to most locations within the Charleston tri-county area.

How often does delivery or pickup occur?

We offer deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Curbside pickup is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You choose your favorite meals from our rotating bi-weekly menu and specify which days you would like the meals delivered. Meals are available for pick up from 12 pm – 6 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our meals are delivered to your door between 12 pm and 3 pm. 

What is the order cutoff time?

Orders must be placed by 1 pm two days prior to your requested delivery date. Order by Sunday at 1 pm to receive your meal on Tuesday. Order by Tuesday at 1 pm to receive your meal on Thursday. Order by 1 pm on Thursday to receive your meal on Saturday.

How far in advance can I order?

Menus are available up to seven days in advance. We launch our new menu every Thursday at 2 pm. After the new menus are posted, you can order up to 1 pm, two days prior to your selected delivery/pickup date.

When are new menu items offered?

Every season we offer an updated set of new meal experiences, cocktail mixes, appetizers, and desserts while maintaining select favorites that our customers love. 

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes, we require a minimum order amount of $30 for delivery and pickup orders.

I would like my delivery left somewhere other than my front door (e.g., side door). Can I send specific delivery instructions?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate alternative delivery needs. 

How long do meals keep?

We suggest prepared dinner meals, summer seasonal offerings, and kid’s meals will stay fresh for 3-5 days when refrigerated.


Desserts are best for 3 days.


Buffalo Chicken Dip, Jumbo Lump Crab Dip, and the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Vegetables will stay fresh for 3-5 days when refrigerated.


Artisan cheese and charcuterie and guacamole and corn tortilla chips will stay fresh for 3 days when refrigerated.


Energy bites will stay fresh for 5 days refrigerated or up to 2 months frozen. Egg cups keep for 3-5 days refrigerated. Smoothies keep for up to 1 month frozen.


Drink mixes keep for 5-7 days refrigerated.

How does Table & Twine promote sustainability?

Our meals come packaged in 100% reusable insulated bags. All our proteins are packed in recyclable butcher paper which can be placed directly into the oven. Our containers for appetizers, sides, deserts, and breakfast items also are recyclable.

How will my food stay cold? 

Our meals are packaged with care and delivered to your door in insulated packaging with gel ice packs to ensure freshness throughout the delivery process.

What if my household avoids specific foods? 

Our menus outline ingredients on all items and denote which items are gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free to help highlight commonly avoided foods.

Do you offer specific plans for vegetarians or other dietary options?

Yes. We have limited vegetarian and vegan options and will consistently update our menus to accommodate other dietary restrictions.

Do you offer substitutions or changes to meals?

At this time, we are not able to accommodate substitutions or changes to meals.

I have a discount code or gift card. How do I use it? 

You can use your discount code or gift card at checkout by simply typing the code or link you received into the "Gift or Discount Code" box and clicking Apply.
